Palm Treo 755p


Palm Treo 755p is the latest Palm OS Treo, available through Sprint in the U.S. The CDMA Treo 755p is the first Treo device to offer a series of software features, plus the built-in antenna design brought by Palm with Palm Treo 750.

The smartphone comes with 128MB memory being 60MB available for the user and support for Mini-SD memory cards up to 4GB. Part of the multimedia functionality is the 1.3-megapixel digital camera and video recorder, and application to organize and share photos. Treo 755p has DataViz Documents To Go Version 8.0 software , which offers support for native Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents as well as full PDF support.

One new feature to the Treo 755p is the integration of Google Maps service for mobile. With Google Maps built-in, Treo 755p users can get directions, perform local searches, and view moveable/scalable maps, satellite imagery, and traffic updates while on the go.

Treo 755p features and benefits include the ability to watch mobile video directly on the Treo 755p with Sprint TV, which has more than 50 channels of live and on-demand content.The Treo 755p is available starting mid-May 2007, in two colours, midnight blue and burgundy and runs on the Sprint Mobile Broadband Network, based on the CDMA EVDO standard for fast 3G networks.
